COMMITMENT

Your Data is a Tool, Not a Product

Industrial software shouldn't spy on you. Here's exactly what we collect, how we use it, and when we throw it away.

LAST UPDATED: MAY 21, 2026
01

DATA COLLECTION

Account info (email, business name, trade, phone). Operational data you create (jobs, customers, photos, voice memos, invoices). Payment info is handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers. Server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) for security and debugging.

Session cookies for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies. No ad pixels. No analytics beyond aggregate server-side counts.

Workr is not intended for children under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from them.

02

HOW WE USE IT

To run the service — auth, dispatching, invoicing, sending notifications, responding to support. Never to target ads. Never sold to third parties. Never used to train external AI models.

Cloudflare (hosting, D1, R2, KV, Workers), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring). Each gets only the minimum data required to perform their function.

03

OPERATOR SECURITY

You can view, correct, export, or delete your data from settings. GDPR and CCPA requests processed within 30 days — email privacy@domdhi.com.

04

DATA RETENTION

Active data lives as long as your account does. On cancellation you have 30 days to export before deletion. Legal/tax records we're required to keep (invoice records) are retained per applicable law.

Material changes emailed 30 days before taking effect. Minor updates posted here with a revised effective date.

05

BOT PROTECTION

Public service-request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off operator inboxes. It runs invisibly — no checkboxes, no puzzles. On submit, Turnstile collects limited browser-environment signals (device characteristics, user-agent, IP address) and sends them to Cloudflare for abuse analysis.

That data is processed under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and used only for fraud and abuse prevention — never for tracking, ads, or analytics.
