TERMS OF
SERVICE

Last updated: April 17, 2026. This is industrial-grade software built for mobile operators. Read these terms before dispatching your first job.

01.

OPERATOR ELIGIBILITY

You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping your credentials safe, and the accuracy of information you provide. One business per account. You must be 18+ and legally allowed to operate the trade you register as.

02.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

Don't use Workr to send spam, operate a fraudulent business, or violate any law applicable to your trade (licensing, permits, tax). We may suspend accounts that do. We reserve the right to decline service to any business.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but don't guarantee it. We may change features with reasonable notice. Breaking changes get 30 days notice by email.

RESTRICTED ACCESS ONLY
03.

DATA INTEGRITY & PRIVACY

You own the jobs, customers, photos, invoices, and records you create. We store them to provide the service. We don't sell them. We don't train external AI models on them.

You can export or delete them at any time.

04.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

CAP ON DAMAGES: THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE

05.

PAYMENT & FEES

Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Taxes where required are added at checkout. Refunds are prorated within the current billing period if we materially break something. No refunds for past months.

06.

TERMINATION

You can cancel anytime from settings. We may terminate for cause (fraud, abuse, unpaid invoices). On termination you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
