Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free is genuinely free — no card, no clock. We take 1.1% on transactions on Free, 0.75% on Pro, 0.45% on Pro+. No 90-day trial gimmick.
How does the $39 work? Is it per seat?
It's per hub — your whole operation. One subscription covers you and any staff members you add. No per-seat fees. Same applies to Pro+ at $79.
What are Stripe's fees on top of the subscription?
Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, passed through at cost. We add 1.1% on Free, 0.75% on Pro, 0.45% on Pro+. Half what ServiceM8 charges across all their tiers.
When should I pick Pro+ over Pro?
Pro+ at $79/mo makes sense when you need a custom domain, API + webhooks for integrations, landing themes, or when your transaction volume is high enough that the fee drop from 0.75% to 0.45% pays for the difference. Run the math on your last quarter.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes, anytime. Full JSON export of all jobs, customers, and invoices, plus a zip of all uploaded files. We delete everything within 30 days of cancellation.
Is my price locked in?
For active subscribers: yes. We won't raise the price on your current subscription. If pricing changes for new customers, you keep your rate — applies to both Pro and Pro+.
What if I only work a few months a year?
Cancel when you're slow, reactivate when you pick back up. Your data stays intact for 90 days after cancellation so nothing is lost when you return.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pro is $365/yr (save $103). Pro+ is $730/yr (save $218). Over 3 months free on either tier compared to paying monthly. Switch anytime from your billing settings.
